Stretching allows both your mind and your body to relax and release tension that may be constricting your thinking, literally. Take five minutes to really stretch, then another 10 minutes to relax, then get back into the flow.
Yeah this is a good idea to try out and spark your creativity. But I would also say try doin something different for awhile just to get your mind off of it for a little while. Like goin to see a movie, goin out with some friends or something none stressful. And then come back to the project and see how things work out for you. Now also, try stretching out your project as much as possible and then try to knock out all the things that you do, and or don’t need at the time for the project.
